April 12th. 

Happy Easter! Today was a fun but different Easter Sunday. I still had an Easter Egg Hunt even though this time my daddy did it, not the Easter Bunny (I think he was social distancing). Easter felt the same though. We walked my dog in the morning sunshine and saw lots of people we know, it was so nice to see our community is still alive and very friendly.

I then went out on my bike with my Daddy again. We were riding and laughing so hard. For every bad bit of this lockdown, it is so nice to spend more time with my family, doing things we sometimes don’t have time to do.

We finished with a DELICIOUS lamb roast dinner and a yummy apple crumble pie, and then had a Zoom video call with my best friend’s family too! Even though no one knows how long we will be on Lockdown and conditions aren’t that different, I don’t feel as threatened by Covid-19 anymore. It is still an enemy but we are fighting it.
